What is HexaNest?
A home design and visualization platform for exploring compatible blueprints and digital property models. Browser Floor Plan Studio is a separate 2D drawing workspace.

No. It is not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, construction, surveying, inspection or code-compliance services.

No. Generated or interpreted measurements should be independently verified before real-world use.
Read the guideWhat blueprint files can I upload?
Floor Plan Studio supports PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP as tracing backgrounds. Check the selected workspace for its own format requirements.
Read the guideHow long does generation take?
It depends on blueprint complexity, file size, project size, connection and server demand. Follow the status shown in the processing workspace.
Read the guideCan I edit the generated house?
Use the tools actually available for your installed version and project. The browser studio provides 2D drawing tools, not the same 3D editing environment.
Read the guideDoes HexaNest autosave?
Floor Plan Studio saves supported changes after editing pauses. Check the save status and keep an editable backup; saving behavior in other workspaces may differ.

You can share supported 2D exports. Never share your password or session details as a way to give another person project access.
Read the guideCan I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Active subscriptions expose Cancel on the Dashboard membership card. If the control is unavailable, contact support and review the Refund Policy.
