Compatibility first
This guide does not publish CPU, RAM, GPU, storage or operating-system minimums because a tested requirements matrix is not available here. Check the instructions supplied with your configurator release and ask support about your device before purchase or installation.
Browser workspace
Use a current browser and a stable connection. Keep enough device storage for downloads and close unnecessary resource-heavy tabs. Large drawings can take more memory than small ones. Save and back up before troubleshooting.
Rendering and connectivity
The browser Floor Plan Studio draws the 2D canvas on your device and uses online services to save records. Do not assume the downloadable 3D configurator has the same rendering architecture or offline behavior.
