Everyday protection

Use a long, unique password and a reputable password manager. Secure the email account used for sign-in. Sign out on shared devices and avoid saving credentials on computers you do not control.

Recognize suspicious requests

HexaNest support will never ask you to send your password or full payment-card information by email. Do not open unexpected sign-in links or disclose verification codes. Reach the site directly and use the published support contact.

If access may be compromised

Secure your email account, use the available password-recovery flow, sign out on devices you can access, and contact support. Describe when you noticed the activity. Do not include passwords, session tokens or secret credentials. No global session-revocation control is promised here.
