Check eligibility and terms
Open Pricing or Download. The offer and checkout determine current trial eligibility, duration and the first billing date for your account. Do not assume you qualify for another trial because you create another project.
Before the trial ends
Review the checkout terms for what happens at expiry and retain the confirmation. A trial may convert to paid billing under those terms. If you want to cancel and no cancellation control is visible, contact support before the displayed billing date.
Access questions
If access does not match the checkout confirmation, sign into the same email used at checkout and contact support. Do not submit another purchase solely to troubleshoot access.
