Report a blueprint or model error
Describe the discrepancy so support can identify the affected geometry.
Describe the element
Identify whether the issue is a missing or incorrect wall, door, window, staircase, garage, room, floor or dimension. Give the expected result and what you actually see. Include the affected level or room and the project identifier.
Include useful context
Use Contact Support with Technical Support selected. Include the installed version if displayed, operating system, time and any visible error. Support can advise how to provide a private source drawing or screenshot; the current contact form accepts text, not file attachments.
Protect information
Remove passwords, card information, tokens and unrelated personal information from any report. Do not post customer blueprints publicly to demonstrate an error.
